Join our team as a Care Matchmaker, where you will in create harmonious matches between clients and caregivers, ensuring the care provided is personalized and effective.

Position Overview

As a Care Matchmaker, your role ensures that each client receives concierge care from caregivers who match their requirements and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client needs and caregiver qualifications to create optimal matches that enhance client satisfaction and caregiver effectiveness.
Maintain a robust database of caregiver skills, availability, and client feedback to inform matchmaking decisions.
Coordinate with Care Navigators to adjust staffing based on client needs and caregiver performance.
Handle scheduling conflicts, emergency coverage, and staffing changes efficiently.
Address any issues that arise in the caregiver-client relationship.
Maintain clear and effective communication between clients, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications

Experience in staffing or human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and caregiver qualifications.
