We believe that conducting our affairs in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and ethical business practices is essential to building a strong and trustworthy organization.

Our compliance program is comprehensive, aligning with the Office of Inspector General’s Seven Elements of an Effective Compliance Program and the compliance recommendations outlined in the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations by the United States Sentencing Commission. Operating independently from our day-to-day operations, this program is led by a Chief Compliance Officer who reports directly to the Board Compliance Committee, ensuring transparency and accountability.

As a team, our goal is to continuously strengthen our compliance infrastructure and program. We strive to empower each and every employee to consistently live up to our commitment to our patients, clients, insurers, and each other. In recognition of our efforts, our compliance program has been honored with five Best Practice awards from the Health Ethics Trust, a division of the Council of Ethical Organizations. These awards commend our excellence in auditing and monitoring, compliance investigations, compliance education and training, claims testing, and legal billing analysis review.
