Caremosphere is looking for relationship-driven and detail-oriented Care Matchmakers to join our Circle of CareHearts. In this role, you’ll ensure that clients are paired with the right CareHearts, creating meaningful and fulfilling care experiences. Position Overview
As a Care Matchmaker, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, evaluating caregiver qualifications, and facilitating the perfect matches to enhance the care experience. Your role is essential in ensuring compatibility, fostering strong relationships, and maintaining a seamless process that benefits both clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client needs and caregiver qualifications to create optimal matches that enhance client satisfaction and caregiver effectiveness.
Maintain a database of caregiver skills, availability, and client feedback to inform matchmaking decisions.
Coordinate with Care Navigators to adjust staffing based on client needs and caregiver performance.
Address any issues that arise in the caregiver-client relationship.
Maintain clear and effective communication between clients, families, and caregivers.
Conduct regular check-ins with caregivers and clients to gather feedback and continuously improve matchmaking effectiveness.
Qualifications
Experience in staffing or human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and caregiver qualifications.
