Caremosphere is looking for outgoing and relationship-driven CareScout to join our Circle of CareHearts. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building partnerships, expanding outreach, and connecting individuals to the care and services they need. Position Overview
As a Care Scout, you will be responsible for developing partnerships, fostering client relationships, and organizing community engagement efforts to strengthen Caremosphere’s presence. Your role is essential in ensuring individuals and families have access to the right care, support, and resources, bridging gaps and creating opportunities for a healthier, more connected community.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and support organizations to expand Caremosphere’s care network.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop outreach campaigns and promotional materials that attract clients and partners.
Serve as a liaison between Caremosphere and the community by advocating for care solutions, fostering trust, and driving engagement.
Develop and implement strategic outreach initiatives to attract new clients and expand Caremosphere’s presence in the community.
Track outreach effectiveness, gather community feedback, and provide leadership with key insights to refine engagement strategies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients and community stakeholders.
Qualifications
At least 1 year experience in community outreach, healthcare, marketing, or a related field is highly valued.
Strong understanding of the healthcare system and community resources.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills to effectively build and maintain relationships.
Ability to travel locally to meet with potential partners and participate in community events.
Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software to manage relationships and track engagement results.
