Caremosphere is looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Carennector to join our Circle of CareHearts. In this role, you’ll be the trusted guide for clients and families, ensuring they feel supported from the very first interaction. Position Overview
As a Carennector, you will play a key role in assessing client needs, providing personalized care recommendations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your expertise in care coordination, problem-solving, and compassionate communication will set the foundation for every client’s journey within Caremosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to assess their care needs and preferences via phone, email, or in-person to assess their care needs.
Provide information about Caremosphere’s concierge services and benefits, tailoring suggestions to individual client situations.
Coordinate with care teams to set up client care plans and follow-up appointments.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and decisions to ensure seamless communication across teams.
Offer ongoing support and updates to clients as they navigate their care options.
Qualifications
Strong background in customer service or client management, preferably in healthcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in using CRM software and other office technology.
