Position Overview
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to our clients, assisting them with their daily living activities and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs to nursing staff.
Support mobility for clients, including transferring and safe use of mobility aids.
Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
Qualifications
Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience as a CNA, preferably in a home care setting.
Strong understanding of patient care and safety protocols.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
