In this role, you’ll provide essential daily assistance, personal care, and companionship to clients in their homes, ensuring they maintain their independence and dignity. Position Overview
As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will assist clients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to support their overall well-being. Your role is more than just caregiving—it’s about bringing comfort, stability, and kindness into every home you serve.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Monitor and report changes in patient health, behavior, and needs to the supervising nurse or care manager.
Provide companionship and maintain a caring environment.
Administer medication as prescribed and under the supervision of a healthcare provider.
Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Certification as a Home Health Aide from a recognized program.
Previous experience in home health care or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
