Position Overview
As a Home Health Aide and you will provide vital support to our clients, assisting with daily tasks and personal care to enhance their comfort and well-being at home.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Monitor and report changes in patient health, behavior, and needs to the supervising nurse or care manager.
Provide companionship and maintain a caring environment.
Administer medication as prescribed and under the supervision of a healthcare provider.
Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Certification as a Home Health Aide from a recognized program.
Previous experience in home health care or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
